Having spent much of your career developing broad communication ideas for significant brands/ organisations, you have an excellent understanding of communications and marketing (strategic and tactical) and have built up an enviable network of contacts. You are a strong creative and strategic thinker who can inspire and motivate colleagues, demonstrate a keen business awareness and a thorough understanding of clients and their sectors. You are a perceptive listener and have proven experience in leading strategic discussions, having had extensive involvement in multi-channel strategic communication campaigns.

You will drive the We are Vista proposition message forward with innovative and active approaches. You’ll have relentless focus on creating new opportunities and winning work on your assigned accounts and nurturing new client prospects. Your main responsibilities will include owning a number of valued relationships from our prestigious roster of clients and ensuring sales and gross margin targets are met alongside staying informed of developments in the field of brand, communications, marketing, research, social marketing and new media.

Key to this role is working alongside the Client Services and Strategy functions to embed intelligence, insight and creativity at the forefront of everything we do. You’ll develop collaborative and effective ways of working with clients at a C-Suite level and apply our tried and tested method to win work, deliver results and encourage repeat business.

You’re adept at influencing and negotiating yet have the empathy and tact to read each situation from all angles. You have excellent presentation skills and the ability to excite and delight clients with our offering, our work and our thinking. Your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills help to build and nurture effective working relationships at all levels of business, including C Suite.

You are an ambitious and committed, self-motivated team player, with a passionate approach to work and the drive to achieve and win. Commercially focused and results driven, you are comfortable with working to sales and margin targets; you engage with your clients to learn about their business, help solve issues and above all, achieve their full potential.
