Strong growth and new clients as We are Vista releases annual results

We are Vista, the award-winning creative communications agency, has released its annual results for 2017 – sharing news of strong growth, multiple new clients and successful team development across the agency.

Profit before tax increased to £2.10m, up from £1.55m the previous year.The agency delivered more strategic campaign-led work, alongside taking on a number of new accounts, while continuing to grow and develop relationships with long-standing clients.

We are Vista has continued to develop its proposition, which has driven strategic consultancy work with C-Suite clients for some of the biggest household names and global brands in its network. New projects for British Airways, Vodafone and LinkedIn have been delivered alongside continuing work with Lloyds Banking Group, BMW and BT to name but a few. All of this has supported the growth of key creative areas including their strategy, design and digital teams.

The agency continued to develop its international presence with a number of high profile projects – from ongoing representation at FinTech events such as SIBOS in Canada and Eurofinance in Geneva, to the delivery of a global conference in the USA for the world’s biggest retailer.

We are Vista also won the Business in the Community (BiTC) Responsible Business of the Year award – a title previously held by the likes of Jaguar, Land Rover, Fujitsu and Veolia – in recognition of the lasting positive impact it has had on its clients,  people and the environment.

Investment in training and development across the agency has continued, with a suite of internal and external programmes to develop future leaders contributing to high employee engagement scores, with every member of the team understanding the role they can play in the business plan. The agency continues to be accredited with Investors in People and has committed to a new cultural development programme in 2018, which started in the first quarter.
