You will expertly help to manage the office as a whole by keeping on top of any ad hoc office duties such as organising meeting rooms or providing refreshments for visitors. Overall, you will deliver a first-class service our internal and external customers.
You are a confident and articulate communicator, which enables you to build strong relationships quickly at all levels. You have a methodical and thorough approach to your work, possessing first-class organisational skills and the ability to keep a cool head, even under pressure, moving effortlessly between different tasks over the course of your working day. You are a committed, confident and self-motivated team player who responds positively to change, demonstrating flexibility and enthusiasm when faced with new challenges.
