Business Development Executive

Business Development Manager

You’ll have experience in all areas of securing meetings and contracted relationships with new business clients. This includes lead generation, initial contact, taking of brief/tender opportunities as well as working alongside the assigned team to deliver the agency’s response. The role will be predominantly office based to begin with but may require occasional attendance at industry and networking events. A background within a comms/creative services agency would be advantageous but not essential.

Key to this role is proactively sourcing new opportunities by effectively targeting clients via telephone, email and LinkedIn to communicate the We are Vista offering. You will support the senior team to map and develop accounts when required and maintain the companies CRM system efficiently. You will support the development of existing and new accounts as required, alongside providing management information relating to business development activity. You will be skilful in using new business techniques to secure business meetings whilst implementing the ‘We are Vista’ standard in all your work.

As an extremely results focused, self-motivated team player you are a confident individual who always leads by example. You’re an outstanding communicator with excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills. You are commercially aware and have a wider business knowledge of the industry. Being an effective problem solver with initiative you can always keep a cool head under pressure and adapt quickly to change at pace. As a self-assured diplomat you can influence others and negotiate with tact. Above all, you are ambitious and committed, with the willingness to develop your career within We are Vista.
