We’re looking for a talented Exhibition Project Manager with exceptional exhibition & communication skills to join our Exhibitions team in Leeds. You will have a proven track record of working within a similar environment, managing and delivering profitable client projects across exhibitions, live events and conferences alongside having demonstrable experience of managing all stakeholders throughout the process.
Whilst your focus will be on Exhibitions and live events, our projects cover a multitude of disciplines, so you’ll need to be able to navigate between, and successfully manage, different projects from inception to conclusion. You will liaise with our studio and client teams to ensure the client’s creative expectations are physically delivered, on time and to budget.
In addition, you will work alongside our client teams to establish, maintain and develop new plus existing relationships, as well as assisting with the preparation and delivery of pitches into new & existing clients. You will also be responsible for the management of on-site installations and activities, so you will confidently manage all stakeholders on any project ensuring continual communication of timescales & project updates are delivered.
Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, you work collaboratively with our dynamic, hardworking exhibition team at the We are Vista Burley site.
You have solid experience of managing exhibitions from start to finish, which includes turning visuals from concept to physical exhibition stand. You’ll also have a strong background in liaising and dealing with a range of different stakeholders, such as clients, designers and third-party suppliers, which means that you’re more than capable of managing mid-scale projects end-to-end, or specific areas of larger projects in a production environment.
